The Muddy Challenge
Bike racing, no matter what the format, is always special. The Mud Bike race held at Kochi turned as a feast to the two-wheeler lovers in Kerala .The event took place at the small swampy ground near Karakkonam stadium in the city on June 22. The 300-meter track, with two tilting ramps, got more soggy with rain poured repeatedly. The spectators were ecstatic, as some of the riders could not control their pace on the slippery way riding their off-roaders. With the well equipped motorbikes charged with powerful engines, 73 adventurers from different parts of the state exhibit their expertness to handle the vehicle in the challenging environ. The competition took place in three phases- Professional, novice and beginners. In Professional section, Rishin finished as the Champion. Babu and Arshal placed second and third respectively. In the novice section, Febin finished as champion and among beginners, Ajith placed at first place. The event was jointly organised by Extreme Motors and JRC.
